A little about me...

Hi I'm Louise and I am based in Cropwell Bishop, Nottinghamshire.

 

I qualified as a Level 3 Mat Instructor in 2019 before also qualifying in Ante & Postnatal Pilates, Pilates for Children, Pain Management and Small Equipment. My goal is being able to offer my clients a varied programme whilst offering appropriate modifications for individual needs. 

 

My clients are my number one priority and my intention is to provide classes that give you the support you need in an enjoyable atmosphere.

 

Personally... I took up Pilates for rehabilitation purposes following issues with my lower back on recommendation from my physiotherapist.  I was sceptical of Pilates at first, but soon noticed the difference in my strength and range of movement.

 

Outside of Pilates, I enjoy being outdoors walking my Mini-Schnauzer... or should I say, ‘being walked by my Mini-Schnauzer!’
